Returns & Exchanges
Try your sweater on in the comfort of your own home and if you need to exchange it for a better size or you aren't fully sold, you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to exchange or return.
Please make sure your item is returned new, unused and with all dizain sweater product garment tags still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
When and if you’d like to make a return or exchange, please email our customer care team at email@example.com.
When emailing us, please remember to specify your order number and name and whether you’d like to exchange the product or if you’d prefer a refund back to the original form of payment.
Receiving a Refund
Your refund will be credited to the original payment method. Please note that refunds can take up to 15 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
